I have a new computer dose not have floppy disk?

If you want a floppy disk drive your gonna have to go on ebay or to your local computer store and buy an external floppy disk drive. If you are buying it new you should get a disc with it to install the drivers to your computer or if no disc comes with it the disk drive should automatically install the needed driver software on your computer when you plug it in!

No new computers have floppy disks these days - difficult even to buy a floppy disk unit.

You do not say which specific driver / drivers you need.

Drivers may usually be found on the web site of the manufacturer of the device.
