on the back to the left hand side of the compressor is a defrost timer.it is a white rectangular box screwed to the appliance and in the centre you will see a round plug.prise the plug out and using a large flat bladed screwdriver rotate the cam clockwise and see if it starts up.If it does then the defrost timer is your issue and will need replacing.easy job. held on with 2 screws and a 4way plug in socket.
