Mend Smeg Oven Spring Repair

smeg double oven?

the big oven door on my oven does not close properly. It has a nice smooth, light action to keep the door closed but does not bring the door fully back to the frame of the oven.
My wife uses sellotape to keep the door closed when cooking.

Any ideas as to readjust the tension on the spring that brings the door back
