how can i get my cd changer (sony) to work again?

my cd changer was coming up on my stereo, no magazine, so i disconnected it and got it out, then when i connected it back up it isn't regestering at all on my stereo, why is this? its a sony 6 disc changer,

If you connected it up as it was then it could need a code entry like the radio's. You could probably find this out at Halsford. If not search for the Sony website ask them.
