I got this ilo for about 3 months..i take really good care of it but lately it loads ..showing the ilo sign..and when it says searching for files..it cut off and show the ilo sign and does this over and over..and occasionlly it comes on..and if it does it only plays a few songs.and redo the same thing again..what to do :(
my ilo mp3 comes on and just flashes,with the ilo logo.it does not go to music or radio it only flash. what should i do trash this one and just another name brand or what?

I feel your pain, I have the same problem and have searched and tried many answers but to no avail. I have tried firmware, formatting, new batteries, changing SD cards, using various mp3 programs. I thought I had a real deal on an MP3 player with all the features I wanted but I am now thinking I should have spent a few extra dollars and gone with Creative Labs or something a little more reputable with better support and a better track record!!
