how to turn my passenger airbag off for child seat?

Just go to a Renault dealer and ask them.
TBH I'd never fit a child seat in the front under any circumstances. If you cant get it in the back, get a different car.

You should be able to find this answer in your general car owner's handbook. If you do not have one then try and download one?
If you have tried these then try and look for a push button in the glove compartment or under this in footwell. The button should illuminate to warn you that it is turned off.
