ocean alpha 240 eco combi boiler?

when i turn on the hot tap the water stays hot for about a minute. after that the orange light next to the fan symbol comes on and the water goes cold. same thing happened 8 months ago and we paid £300 to have it fixed. any ideas would be appreciated.
