Ocean Alpha 240 Eco? How can I receive continuous hot water?

Hi, I'm only receiving hot water for around ten seconds. After which, the Ocean The Alpha 240E boiler turns off for another ten seconds leaving us with only cold water. The flame then re-lights and the circle befins again. This is a problem when having a shower as it goes from hot to cold and is pretty unpleasn't! Can anybody help at all?

I went to an Alpha 240 Eco last week with exactly the same fault, you should call a RGI to investigate, but in the boiler I attended the fault was the Air pressure Switch, One new APS later, boiler working as good as gold
