Mend Protherm 100E Boiler Central Heating

How can i fix my protherm 100E?

evey now and then when turn hot water no it goes F1, or after been running for short time will just go cold.
only way to get hot water again is to turn Temperature up on central heating so boiler is fired up then hot water will work.
Also every now and then will go F1 When heating shuts off on clock
