protherm 80e?

my heating is working ok,but i have no hot water either when heating is on or off.
should i change the diaphram or the thermistor.

Protherm Protherm 80e D.I.Y, Plumbing Boiler Heating Plumbing

you should be able to see if the diaphram is ok if it pushes out the pin to operate the d/h/w switch
