hydroline b24?

Hi there, my direct hot water light is flashing an error code and my hot water isnt getting very hot ???

Hi mine does opersit to yours will stay on for hour running hot water but put it on radiators and it cuts out after bout 10mins and that red light comes on at top and flashes

If the boiler is firing up and then switching off after about 10 seconds......switch off the boiler at the mains, remove the front panel and 'lower' the display unit/pcb. Locate the blue sensor on the right side of the condensate trap (which is in the rear left hand corner of the boiler). Remove the blue sensor by pulling it out and dry the area around the probes. Replace the sensor by pushing it back into the condensate trap. Restart the boiler....it worked for me after having tried everything else. Good luck.

Lee, not a definite answer but read elsewhere that could be the electrical connections/soldering on the pcb for the ionisation probe. I have the same problem and not got round to sorting it out yet but heard the company gone bust so no support now?

i have the same problem with my boiler its starting up then cuts out. it seems to be the electronic control board thats the problem.

sorry i cant answer your question,just need to know if you got your problem solved because i have a b24 and im having promlems.the boiler will start but only for a short time then it cuts out and the top light is flashing (flame and gas failure) i cant sort it out with the fault finding charts and i cant get through to the technical help line.

we have a brand new hydroline b24. heats the house like a charm but wont produce hot water from the tap despite having the dials set up to do so, is this a fault or am I making a bigger issue than I need to?
