How can I remove the door of my whirlpool accubake system self cleaning doR?

I need to replace glass the cracked in the door of my Whirlpool self cleaning, accubake system, double oven model #RBD245PDB4 but the door hinges are held by flat end pins that I can't remove. How do I remove the door with these types of pins holding it in place?
