Mend Sl compact Lights Left Hand Side

Sl compact..Latest up date?

The lights are on behind the numbers,but the small left hand side red lights aren't on,and the 2 red lights at the bottom (power and something else),there's power running into the battery bit,and nothing has tripped..over to you chaps for the help.....
