Mend Phillips 27PT6441/37 Tv Power

My phillips tv has no power?

So my Phillips (27PT6441/37) tv acts like it is recieving no power at all... i have tried it in numerous different outlets and nothing helped.. i also took the back cover off and notice a blown fuse so i replaced it and as soon as i plugged the tv back in it blew the fuse again. So what does this mean?

Something fairly nasty. Unless you know what you are doing, going in the back of a colour TV is extremely hazardous. There are potentally lethal voltages in there. I suggest a trip to the repairers. Sorry.
