My DVD player in the TV also broke down, yesterday a short way into a movie. The DVD has only been used a few times since I got it, and the set is now just out of warranty. The door wouldn't open immediately and I had to push the button repeatedly before it did. When I reloaded the disk the screen said "Reading" but nothing more happened. This is the second integral TV DVD set I have had, and the same thing has happened in both sets. They are a complete waste of money.
