centurion in-car dvd player doesnt load the dvd?

This may sound a little noddy, but have you tried a dvd head cleaning disc..? I have had probs before and usually a good head cleaner sorts it out...
Also Centurion will help if there is a prob... If you go to their website www.centurionsystems.co.uk you will find a link to their warranty section... Don't worry if your warranty has run out, they are usually happy to help regardless...
