Mend Logik LMP310 Stopped Battery Turn

How Can i fix my Logik MP3?

I have a 1GB MP3 and it has totally stopped working. The battery is new, and i havent dropped it. It just wont turn on. Is there anything i can do or if not, is there any way to recover all the trakcs on it???

Hook player up to P/C via usb cable, click programs,click jukebox restore tool,click ok when asked to. if no good, Run setup.exe, from jukebox restore tool.
