My hot water stopped working, the pressure on my boiler droped below 1, so i re pressurised it as recomended to just above 2.
This helped and now the bathroom sink and the bath tap kicks in but not the kitchen tap or the shower.
Hot water diaphrapm will have a split in it, this senses the water flow as it the hole gets bigger the hot water will stop on the other taps too as the boiler does not know a tap has been opened
