I have a FireGem Visa 2 wall mounted Gas fire.
It ignites ok and moves onto the first and second heat setting but if it try and turn it to 3 or 4 it goes for a few seconds...... then i hear a click and it cuts out.
Help.
pilot is blocked remove front of fire blow out hole in brass body of pilot assembly with air. look close at pilot and youll find hole i m talking about
