Mend Honda HRG536C Drive Belt Slipping

How can I repair Drive clutch on HRG536C ?

The drive clutch to the wheels no longer drives the wheels, it is not the belt that is slipping so I assume the clutch within the plastic housing has worn out. Can it be repaired or can a new one be bought?
