Intermittent electrical fault on Neff U1661 oven?

Hi Richard, Did you fix this problem. I run an oven cleaning business in the south west of England and recently after cleaning a Neff u1661 oven we realised that one of the bulbs had blown. We replaced the bulb turn the oven back on and it blew again. The oven was dead. In all the fault still hasn't been rectified but two boards need to be replaced at a cost of £600. It seems like there may be an inherent electrical problem with these ovens
