Mend Concept C361e Heating Fan Working

concept C361e thermostat, heating element and fan not working?

Hi there, I've changed the element but no luck. Thermostat light is still dead as well as the fan. Am I missing some kind of fuse or how to get thermostat light on? Also, a new 15w bulb in the oven is not working as well. Maybe that is connected somehow.

Our Creda Concept C361E main fan oven, thermostat light and fan would not work. As I stood looking at the oven, I noticed that the power had been off at some time and the clock was not set. The moment that I reset the clock they all started working again. Note that the oven door has to be shut for full functionality.
