My vauxhall corsa is chugging and blowing blue smoke?

HELP my corsa (R reg) is chugging and blowing blue smoke out,it doesnt seem to have much power? any help would be much appreciated,thanks

it could be your head gasket or one of the piston rings have gone is your oil a creamy colour if it is its your head gasket
