how do i de-restricted my ford transit van?? ?

i own a transit van Which i brought for my own building use) but its restricted to 70mph.... how do i de-restrict it. its doing my head in. keep getting over taken by these sunday drivers on the motorway. :)
my brother is a mechanic so if it involves anything like that then i will get him to do the dirty work haha.
