Mend Scantronic 9600 Alarm System Problem

how can i fix probiem on scantronic 9600 system ?

my scantronic 9600 will not sound alarm when set. All system checks show healthy and aii equipment works via test sequances. No faut messages on key pads and batteries and fuses healthy , any ideas anyone?
