how can I reset my Asko W660 washer?

My Asko W660 has full power, but the buttons will not respond when pressed. It will unlock when the key button is pressed for about 3 seconds. I tried pressing the menu button, preprogrammed wash cycle buttons, and nothing. It worked just fine 2 days ago.
