Mend Ago Large Water

My laminate floor seems to buckle. ?

Had laminate wood installed over a year ago, floor seems to have large bubbles, might have water on the bottom and it's starting to spread - who do i call to get it fixed?

First thing is to find out if it is water below, if it is where is it coming from?BUT if the water has got into the laminate flooring and made it expand there is nothing you can do but replace.
Don't replace until you solve the water problem and ensure the fitter leave an expansion joint around the perimeter of the floor.
