how can iget more water preeure for rinse?

I HAVE AN OLD KENMORE HEAVY DUTY WASHER,IT FILLS UP WITH WATER FINE FOR THE WASH CYCLE BUT ONLY TRICKLES IN SLOWLY FOR THE RINSE CYCLE.SOMETIMES IT TAKES AN HOUR TO FILL.BOTH WASH AND RINSE ARE ON COLD WATER SETTING.WHAT CAN I CHECK?
