Mend Ryobi PCB-3243M Starts Choke Dies

ryobi trimmer starts & runs on choke but dies on run?

my ryobi trimmer pcb-3243m starts and runs on choke but dies when you move the lever from the choke possition
I've put new gaskets and diaphrams in the carb and the fuel pipes look to be ok
Can anyone help
