Mend AEG 6955 Oko Help Machine

AEG oko lavamat 6955, error code F8?

Help anyone.
I have a AEG Lavamat 6955 washing machine and it has an F8 error code with the 1500 RPM light and end light flashing.

I was told from AEG that i needed to replace the NTC sensor and the rubber boot which I have done.

THe machine is still not heating and the error code still comes up.

Do I need to reset the F8 error code and if so what is the correct procedure to clear it.
If there are no resets what is the next thing to look at

The problem is the NTC sensor which controls the wash temperature

It could be either a faulty connection at the sensor or the sensor is faulty

Solution is to check or replace this

If it isnt working the machine washes without heating the wash water

Fairly simple fix

Reset:
Knob to off.
Push the top-left and the below.
Turn knob to the left (one step)
All the digits will light up.
Turn knob back to off and then switch on again.
