Mend Haier HNS 1260TVE Washing Machine Appliance Problem

Why is the Fabric Conditioner not going?

My Haier HNS 1260TVE washing machine completes the wash programme but does always take the fabric conditioner and when it does it does not always siphon till empty.
Can you please tell me why?
