How to change blade on Power Devil reciprocating saw?

How do I change blade for Power Devil reciprocating saw model PDW 5024. I see opening on side with some type of pin which goes through hole in blade. Unable to engage pin in order to tighten.

You release the clamp held in with an allen screw.
Then carefully fit in until it slots on to pin on inside, then simply tighten up...........
