Mend Bailey Pageant Auvergne Leaking Seals Leak

Leaking window seals in Bailey Pageant Auvergne?

The front windows on my Bailey Pageant Auvergne, 2004, both leak slightly from the seals on the right hand side. I have been told that this is a design fault and that Bailey will fix them free of charge. Does anyone know anything about this?
