heating still wont work ?

1st it had to have a new programmer because the origanil one blew up when the room stat got wet and the valve was replaced by a plumber no wiring has been touched i was advised what programmer i would need by swale heating new one was sent out and it just clipped on i only wanted to know if there was somthing i may be able to do even had and enginer change the room stat in jan think i'll get him out again

dodgy wiring without a doubt, get a qualified engineer in to tidy up your mess.

There is a fault on the wiring or Controls it would be impossible to advise you without seeing the job, it sounds like you have already spent far more than it would have cost for a pro to take a look

a little knowledge can be dangerous!!
