Mend Vaillant VUW 242 E Combi Boiler Hot Water

vaillant turbo max VUW 242 E not firing for hotwater/heating?

The Combi boiler is 1 year old and is giving problem with hot water and heating. Any suggestion? Would it be covered under warranty?

Are you sure it's only One Year Old? it is not a condensing Boiler, we have been fitting only Condensing Boilers since 2005 by Law, there is an exception policy, but if you really do have a Turbomax, you could have had an Ecomax condenser without any problem, NO EXCEPTION applies!!!
