Mend Hotpoint WF210 Washing Machine Fault

Hotpoint WF 210 Washing Machine?

My Hotpoint WF210 has just developed a fault.

During the wash cycle the On light starts to flash rapidly and the Time Saver light also flashes though at a slower rate.

Does anyone know what fault this is indicating?
