Mend Triton PC Mixer Leaking Turned Started

Triton PC Mixer Showerhead leaking!?

My old PC Mixer showerhead still runs after I've turned it off, it started as a small drip and has slowly got worse??

Plus the hot water will die out after a few minutes and I have to restart the shower.

Do i just need the Service Kit??
