How can I fix my Ilo tv?

My iLO Tv set is working and there is sound but the screen is black,what is wrong and how can I fix that problem?

should the capacitors be radial? how difficult would it be to replace these?

The Problem is with the (Capasitors on the) power supply board. A total of 9 caps have to be replaced. The power supply board is the one on the right side of the tv in the back where the power cable enters. The caps values are 35 volt 1000uf x2, 35 volt 470uf x3, 16 volt 1000uf x3, and 16 volt 470uf x1. After replacing these caps the tv should work like new...check the rest of the power supply board for burned components.
