1.Ensure that your door latch is not broken and locking properly (lock light lit) you should hear a click/snap sound when it locks, if you do not hear the door locking you may have a bad machine control board and door latch. next check drain pump for an obstruction, washer has a set time to drain water from tub if drain is slow due to a obstruction washer will not go into a hi spin. Make sure that your drain is not capped off sealed (this is normally done when the drain pipe is to small and cannot handle the amount of water leaving the machine causing an overflow from the drain pipe) this can intermittently cause a slow drain no hi spin condition. if the above checks ok than you most likely have a bad motor control board or motor (if machine tumbles and does a low speed spin than chances are the motor is good). Remember this you have two controllers on this unit the main(ccu) located on top and the motor located on the bottom. check all of your connections also. good, luck
