you say you have just moved so if the tv was ok before the move and it is now red you could try taking the back off and making sure that the pcb on the end of the tube is seeted corectly and that no plugs have been dislodged make sure you remove the mains plug first and I would wear rubber gloves as tv's hold quite a lot of electricity even when off and dissconected
