Mend LG GR-L206CVQA Removed Bottom Panel

leaking from back of unit?

once I removed the bottom back panel there was water poooled in the bottm under where the drinking water pipe goes intot the fridge! it is unclear where this has come from but there is a white plastic pipe that looks like it could be an over flow pipe of some sort!
the serial number is LG GR-l206CVQA
