Mend Delonghi ESS603W Repair Oven

How can I adjust the door on Delonghi cooker ESS603W?

The lower oven door leaves a gap around the top when closed. Consequently heat escapes and some of the knobs are starting to look scorched. As I am aged 83 and somewhat infirm I am not sure I could actually do this repair but I can find no one who is interested in anything other than electrical repair or replacement.
