1.9 VAUXHALL VIVARO WILL NOT START UNLESS I PUMP THE HAND PRIMER TO THE FILTER....THEN WILL ONLY TICK OVER FOR ABOUT FIVE TO TEN SECONDS. tHE VEH WAS RUNNING WHEN IT WAS PARKED TWO MONTHS AGO....THE BATTERY IS GOOD AN THERE IS PLENTY FUEL
