Mend Renault Scenic Car Cuts

renault scenic?

problems with above car it cuts out when approaching junction and roundabout, starts straight away then the revs dont selt at 800 they go down to nothing, but when get it going it will run fine

Sounds like faulty automatic choke. Choke supplies extra petrol to the carburettor until the engine heats up.
