Car wont start?

The next tests involve checking for fuel delivery to the injectors and for power to the spark plugs. If you dont know how to do this I'm afraid it's time for the phone call to the garage.

Petrol car
Was running fine, fuel tank is 3/4 full and does not sound in different
I live in the country so not near anything that would interfere with anything.
Can you think of anything else??

Diesel or petrol?
Was it running OK prior to this?
Are you sure there is plenty fuel in the tank (fuel guages can be wrong)? If in doubt, stick in a can full.
Is the car near a strong radio source, eg phone/telecomms mast, police station, radar installation etc.? Try pushing it up the road a bit.
When it is turning over does it sound different, faster or slower? Check the cam belt.
