Mend Hotpoint WD71n Cycle Stays

How can I fix my hotpoint WD71n washer/dryer?

My hotpoint WD71n washer/dryer was in the middle of a wash cycle during a power cut. Now, when swithched on, it stays on for approx 2 secs before fusing or tripping the electrics.
I am lookng for a wiring diagram in order to help me diagnose the problem also. Any type of 3D diagram would be great.
