playback in black and white?

my panasonic dmr-es30veb has just started to playback in black and white only. any idea what the problem might be?

If you have a panasonic TV press the green fastext button twice if not go into th d v d menu
then select set up
then connection
then a v 1 output
and change fron video to s-video (or vice-versa)
