Mend Ryobi 780R Grass Trimmer Replacement

how can i fix my ryobi 780r trimmer?

I am trying to replace the trimmer head with a new double string head, I removed the center spool no problem but not sure how to remove the outer piece(where the string runs thru the hole) please help me
