check all wiring from the key switch to the relay ,and on to the plugs , as a temp measure run a wire from the battery to the plug rail this will feed all plugs at same time no more than 15 seconds at a time good luck

sounds like no power to relay to make it switch , check feeds to relay it should power up when you switch ignition on and also check the fuse,s

I have the exact same car and problem and have been told its either the tappits, fuel filter or timing belt.
