Mend Hotpoint DWF50 Dishwasher Drainage Pump

hotpoint DWF50 dishwasher wont empty?

Just installed secondhand hotpoint DWF50 dishwasher wont empty properly just partially, will when drain pipe is lowered and pump makes a nose at the appropriate time. The filter is clean and I have run a dishwasher cleaner for grease. Plumbing is OK. Any ideas?

Hotpoint Hotpoint DWF50 Kitchen Appliances, Dishwashers Dishwasher Drainage Pump

If you have a garbage disposer ensure that dishwasher connection to it is not clogged, next check the drain hose connection from the water pump to the disposer for a clog ( normally grease). If that does'nt work you may need a new pump or drain pump.
